At Farplas, the accuracy of product delivery and satisfaction has always been recognized as the core principles of conducting business through our customers. To this end, our quality and reliability requirements are becoming more severe, hand in hand with new technologies and technological innovations are being applied.
In addition to our existing technologies, such as Painting: Full Automatic Flash-off Painting Facility; Welding: Hot plate, Ultrasonic, Rotational welding; Printing: Pad, Screen, Rotational Printing, Hot Foil Stamping and Vacuum Metalizing: Aluminum Coating, several new technologies have already been installed at Farplas such as ,Gas Injection, Bi-colour / Bi-component Injection.
As a result of continuous interactions with local and worldwide OEM's, plus exposure to global players within the market, have enabled Farplas to produce high quality products and operate efficiently.
Our services to our global system partners composes mould & product design and engineering, closed cycle production, auxiliary operations and assembly; at the final stage laboratory and testing.
Our production unit is equipped with all up-to-date machinery and technology, composed of dryers, granulators, loaders, hot runner controllers and robots. The final stage of production process, both for incomplete and complete products, ends up at the laboratory testing unit.
The preventive approach certifying that the delivered products complies with specifications and customer satisfaction requirements, before the products are exposed to laboratory testing, guarantees the expected results as in one to one correspondence the OEM specifications. This attitude imposes close collaboration between Farplas and its customers as far upstream as possible so as to sustain world class performance levels at production and reliability in service.
Thus, Farplas's laboratory is accredited by Renault as a part of system-supplier partnership. Within the laboratory, services provided by Farplas is as follows;
Humidity cabinet, Heat test chamber, Vibration test machine, Dust test cabinet, Muffle furnace, Optical laboratory, Microprocessor force gauge, Color measurement gauge, 3D Coordinate measurement gauge (CMM-DEA), Water resistance test unit.
Within the Laboratory unit, Optical Laboratory allows to make homologation tests which conforms to ECE Regulations. Lighting devices Farplas produces, are also approved by two reliable standardization institutes, KEMA - Netherlands and IDIADA - Spain.
Since a reputation for quality can generate sales for the vehicle manufacturers, quality is a competitive tool for many automotive suppliers. Farplas's own facilities are certified to the ISO / TS 16949, where manufacturing location is required to be registered under a recognized automotive industry standard. In 2002, a new edition of the ISO / TS 16949 was adopted and Farplas has already started the process of making its facilities certified to the new edition.
